Thought for the Week: Simple Doesn’t Mean Easy

"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." Albert Einstein

Simplicity The direction of success is toward simplicity, not complexity. Even if it seems the issue is complicated, we can break it down to simple and understandable pieces. At the same time, oversimplification comes often from dogmatism…if we think always in terms of black and white, then everything is an easy choice of right versus wrong…at least to the holder of the opinion. We have to see the options and consider beyond our own limited view, but then define the problem as succinctly as possible and move on.
